One of our many PTBuzz subscribers was kind enough to bring to our attention the e-mail below from one Jens Schantzr.

The modus operanti of this 'person' appears to be very similar to crooks operating under the names of Dr. Georg Adem, Tibre, et al, i.e. you send in a deposit, and when Jens Schantz claims the document has been acquired, he sends you a scanned copy and you send in the balance of your order. Then its surprise, surprise the delivery boy gets killed in an accident or arrested at the courier service counter, or at a country crossing or some such similar bull shit thus ripping you off.

The first tip off is that there is absolutely NO Swiss naturalization program by payment period. Don't believe us? Then contact your nearest Swiss consulate and ask them!

Further PT Shamrock knows most of the passport players in that game, and NONE of our contacts ever heard of this person period. Jens Schantzr is a liar at best and a crook more likely than not.

The passport offers decent visa free travel, and South Africans receive special treatment at when traveling to Commonwealth countries, and UK.

This is the most exclusive second citizenship on offer. Switzerland has the highest standard of living in the world, and a Swiss passport offers its holder the best visa free travel possible. As Switzerland is a neutral country its citizens are well respected worldwide and would be the last to be harassed in any terrorist or violent situation (unlike for instance American and UK passport holders who would be the first to suffer in such situations). A second passport from Switzerland is traditionally held by a lot of very wealthy people around the world, as an "insurance policy" should something go wrong in their home countries. Highly recommended.

I require a 65% prepayment of the price of the citizenship before I can start to take action on an application. There is one exception. With the Slovak Republic citizenship package I need 80% prepayment. I cannot make any exceptions to these rule, and can also not accept payments in escrow. Payment should be made by wire transfer to my account. When the first 65% of the payment has arrived, your application will be submitted. When your documents are ready to be sent to you, I will send you a scan of your new passport by e-mail, at which point I would need the 35% remainder of the price to be transferred to my account. Once it arrives on the account your documents will be sent out by courier immediately. All your documents will be sent together in once courier letter when they are ready. Sending them
by courier delivery (such as DHL, UPS, Fed ex, TNT) guarantees a very quick delivery and that the documents do not get lost in the mail.

No discounts are available on single applications. However, it is possible to negotiate discounts on a case by case basis for family / multiple applications where all applications are submitted at the same time. Since these prices are reseller prices already, no further discounts are possible for resellers. I know that these prices are very competitive, and resellers should easily be able to mark them up with 20-30% and more.
