From the Publisher's Desk "The right to privacy is a part of our basic freedoms. Privacy is fundamental to close family ties, competitive free enterprise, the ownership of property, and the exchange of ideas." Here we go, and hold on tight! If you're an American you're getting screwed big time and having it shoved up your backside by a Mack Truck courtesy of Big Brother! No doubt about that. Just a few years back the Terrocrats mandated that all US citizens were henceforth required to have and use passports in order to travel to and from Mexico and Canada. No longer would a birth certificate or drivers license suffice for that purpose as it did for decades previous. As soon as I read that we knew and wrote that there would be, in a short while, passport restrictions for Americans. Then about a year after that law was implemented, Surprise! Surprise! Tracking chips were inserted into America's new biometric passports, to make you safer of course! By the way, Then another giant goose step in America's decades-long descent into Fascism was taken when President Obama signed the "The National Defense Resource Preparedness" Executive Order (NDRP) on 16 March 2012, giving the President full authority to "take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production President Obama's signing of the NDRP Executive Order was a direct assault on the US Constitution - giving the President dictatorial powers over a full spectrum of emergencies including the power to confiscate private property - and it should have been headline Like the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) signed by President Obama on New Years Eve 2011, when few were tuned in, he signed the NDRP Executive Order at 7:00 p.m. on a Friday. There was no public announcement other than posting it on the White House web site; it never showed up in the mainstream press. BTW the NDAA gives the President and Justice Department the right to put American citizens on "kill lists" and executing citizens anywhere in the world without ever submitting evidence to or getting a judgment from a court. Both are just more sad examples of how you are having your liberties and freedoms deliberately shredded, so we wanted to be sure to point these out to you in this missive. The latest nail in the coffin of American freedoms is Senate Bill 1813, i.e. the Highway trust fund. [By the way, tell me what the heck do passports have to do with a Highway Funds bill anyway???? And don't you love how they sneak these little civil liberty shredding This law was passed by the Senate in mid-April and is now pending in the House of Representatives and sure to pass. It contains a provision that would allow the IRS to order the State Department to refuse to grant, refuse to renew, revoke or restrict the passport Okay, granted you might say everyone should pay their fair share of taxes. Besides US$50,000 is a lot of dough and anyone not paying their 'fair-share and owes 50 large shouldn't be allowed a passport and should have it revoked right? Wrong! As usual, and intentionally, the governments wording in this and most laws are nebulous at best. Assuming that the average American owes in back taxes the amount of US$10,000, that small amount can easily mushroom to US$50,000 and more with penalties, interest and Did you realize that in 2008 (last available survey) more than 8.2 million Americans owed more than $83 billion in back taxes, penalties and interest. That's about $10,000 per person. And as of that same year, the IRS already had 3.8 million existing delinquency investigations. It added 2.5 million new ones, closed another 2.7 million, which left it with 3.7 million still to investigate. That's no small number and all of them face the potential of being denied a passport or having it revoked and unable to leave Amerika! But wait that's not all. In the not so Great Britain, aka the United Kingdom, anyone who owes the government money, in any amount and for any reason, is denied a passport or will have an existing one revoked until the amount due the government is paid in full satisfaction to her Majesty's Government! I believe the same thing is going to happen to those of you in Amerika in the not too distance future. Hold on, here comes the latest nail in your coffin, i.e. Section 31406 of Senate Bill 1813 (known as MAP-21), calls for "Mandatory Event Data Recorders" to be installed in all new automobiles and legislates for "civil penalties" to be imposed against individuals for failing to do so. According to what Paul Watson writes; Are you beginning to get a clear picture of what Big Brother is up to? Well allow me to spell it out for you in baby talk! Sooner, rather than later, any money the government says you owe, from "ANY" or all levels of government, i.e. city, county, state or federal, can be reason for the government to deny or revoke your US passport. Like all laws, the $50,000 threshold will, of course, be lowered for one reason or another probably in order to continue to"protect the public from 'non patriotic' Americans! Therefore in the event you owe a speeding ticket, haven't paid your excess mileage allowance 'fee'(this is a part of Big Brothers end game a la the "Mandatory Event Data Recorders" bill, tracking how many miles you travel so they can access -read that tax- you for any excess miles you are allowed;) owe back property taxes, owe a little money in back city, state and federal taxes, voila, with the aggregate amount the government will limit you to, you'll be SOL my friend; you'll be denied or have your passport revoked and likely never be able to depart the land of the not so free ever again! If there is any more clear reason to have a second or third passport, now is the proper time to get one! With the above laws and reasons, plus many more, clearly makes this point evident... Get A Second passport NOW! Even more important, perhaps it's time to seriously start thinking about making an exodus from the land of the now not so free, Amerika aka the USSA! However this isn't going to happen until those who have the spirit to see the through the Terrocrats ruse and think for themselves with the willingness to make a difference realize what's being done to them ... and find the courage, dignity and self-respect to stand If you can see through Big Brothers ruse and they're shenanigans, and require an excellent second passport that offers very flexible options, and excellent visa free travel to most of the world, give our leprechaun an email by placing "Leprechauns PP" in your subject heading. PS - I wonder if Obama's White house staffers that owe $833k back taxes and the 100,000 civilian federal employees who owe the IRS $962 million in back taxes will have their passports revoked?
