The bank's requirements for a personal or company bank account within the European Union, Cyprus are:

* scanned copy of your passport
* recent utility bill (less than 2 months old)
* your CV (resume)

If you intend to use an already existing company, the requirements are;

* a scanned copy of each directors and shareholders passport copy
* a scanned copy of each directors and shareholders recent (less than 2 months old) utility bill
* each directors and shareholders CV (resume)
* business plan
and most important, - scan copies of corporate documents including the
* share certificate and resolution to open bank account at "TBA" bank Cyprus.

The fee for a personal or company account (using your current company papers) is Eur 1,250 + any requirements or the US$ equivalent.

Add Eur 1,250 if you require us to create a Belize or Nevis Company (no annual filings required with these jurisdictions) in your chosen name. Add Eur 2,495 for nominee shareholder and director.

Included is internet banking and a debit card. Suggested opened fee, which you remit direct to the bank as soon as your account is opened, is US$500 or Eur 500.

Q. How can I apply?

Then e-mail us the Account Application Form by fax or E-mail together with a copy of your passport.

The bank will send you your new account number by E-mail and you need to sign and to send back in original the form together with your signature confirmation (signature to be Notarised) and your passport copy before you may dispose about your account, normally within 24 hours or less.

Then you just instruct your bank to wire your opening deposit into your new Cyprus bank account. Once again, there is no minimum opening deposit, but a minimum of Euro 100 or USD 100 is recommended for account opening purposes.
