Q: Can I purchase one of these companies and if so how much?
A: Yes, for just US$ 1,500 (in addition to the cost of this brokerage account) we can provide a Nevis company for you in your chosen name, Nevis being the preferred company structure.
Q: I'm pressed for time and want to get started ASAP! Is there any way to speed up the account opening process?
A: Of course there is! Once you have the comprehensive list of documents described above please send them in one single e-mail and we will provide them to sources Compliance Department for preapproval, once you are approved source will be able to receive your funds. Source would still need to receive the original set of documents by courier within the next two weeks.

• Forex: USD 10.00 ticket fee and the prevailing spread.

• Any other costs, deficits, or expenses incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfer charges.

Investment Advisory

Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Structured notes or any other investments funds, or alternative investments

• For online trading mutual funds, the minimum ticket fee is USD 50.00
• Any other costs, deficits or expenses incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfer charges, processing and clearing fees.

Bonds, Notes, Debt Instruments, Private Placements and Others
• Any other costs, deficits or expenses incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfer charges and processing fees.
• Fees depending on the particular bond, note or other instrument and the quotation received by us from our providers.
• Fees may be upfront, deferred, on a yearly basis, back end, depending on the particular bond or
investment; between 1% – 5% of the investment Inactivity Fee

Up to 1% per year of average account balance inactivity fee (if the account has generated less then 1% of average account value in commissions, the difference with 1% of average account balance will be charged)

Withdrawal Fee

0.75% of withdrawal value

Currency Conversation
• 1% of trade value.
• Any other costs, deficits or expenses incurred under the performance of this contract, such as banking transfer charges and processing fees.

Portfolio Transfers

2% fee of the portfolio value for Incoming & Outgoing portfolios by DTCs (Depository Trust Company)

Custodian fee

0.1% of the value of the account charged annually

Trading Platform fee

75 USD monthly fee for global markets access and global markets data feed.

IPOs Participation (Initial Public Offerings)

5% of trade value
