FAQ - The $360,000 Limit PTCard™ Program
"Anonymity is a shield from the tyranny of the majority. Anonymity is not a pernicious, fraudulent practice, but an honorable tradition of advocacy and of dissent."
- The U.S. Supreme Court upholding Americans' right to be anonymous in the landmark 1995 decision, McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Commission.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the PTCard™?
A. The PTCard™ is what is known as a "stored value" card. Quite simply, that means that you store money in an account and access it by using your card at any ATM machine, at most banks worldwide.
Q. What name will be printed on the card?
A. There is no individual name printed on it.
Q. How long is the PTCard™ valid for?
A. There is no expiration date for the PTCard™.
Q. Are there daily/monthly limits on your card at this time?
A. Yes. With our PTCard™ program the maximum monthly load limit is US$60,000 and an annual load limit of US$720,000. so far, but common sense should prevail at all times, i.e. not suspecting people of dirty laundry. There is a a maximum US$5,000 per day withdrawal limit set at the banks switch with our PTCard™ program. This is done to prevent fraud and in the event your card and pin are stolen, your load couldn't be cleaned out in one day.
Q. Are there different types of cards?
A. Yes and no. All cards function in basically the same way, but they can be put to a number of different uses. Your employer can use a PTCard™ as a more convenient and less costly way to pay you. You can send a card to someone as a gift. You can use a card to transfer money to relatives overseas. Insurance company can use cards to pay claims. In short, the possible uses are virtually endless.
Q. Where is the jurisdiction for the card?
A. Due to contractual agreement we are unable to disclose the bank or country until we receive a fully paid order. Suffice that said, it is *NOT* the USA. It is located within a G7 country, i.e. a very stable and reliable country.
Q. How secure is my money?
A. A PTCard™ is more secure than a bank card. Like a bank card, nobody can get at your cash without your Personal Identification Number (PIN). What's more, unlike a bank card, the maximum risk that you face is the amount of money stored on the card. With a normal bank card, someone who steals both your card and PIN may be able to clean out your entire bank account. When it comes to the question of security, the term "stored value" may be a little misleading. The money is not actually stored on the card. It is stored on bank sources secure computers and can only be accessed if you provide your PIN when you use your card at an ATM, at a store or on sources Web site. Your PIN is not stored anywhere on your card!
Q. Where can I get a card?
A. Just proceed to the "How To Order" section below and order from there.
Q. Where can I use my PTCard™?
A. You can use your card anywhere that you see ATM logos, which includes more than 1,000,000 ATM's and merchant debit terminals worldwide.
Q. Can I use my PTCard™ to pay bills?
A. Usually, but it depends on the issuer of the bill you want to pay. If you can pay your bill electronically from a bank account or pay it with a debit or credit card then you can usually use your PTCard™ to pay the bill, as long as there is enough money stored on the card. The PTCard™ works on the Global POS Network accepting ATM and Interac brands!
Q. Can I use my PTCard™ like a credit card to buy things before I add money to the card?
A. No. It is simply a handy, dandy ATM cash card to stash a little cash away for a rainy day; a unique and highly valuable vehicle to pull cash from any hole in the world worldwide.
Q. How do I add money to my PTCard™?
A. You can load money to your PTCard™ over the Internet or at your bank: Credit Card, Western Union, PTCard™ to PTCard™ (card-to-card,) Wire Swift or an IBan wire transfer To PTCard™, ACH (Automatic Clearing House, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer may also be possible.)
Q. Can I transfer money from my PTCard™ to my bank account?
Q. Is my money protected if my PTCard™ is lost or stolen?
A. Yes. Nobody can get at your money without your PIN. If your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced once we verify that you are the authorized cardholder.

A. You can see your PTCard's™ balance, along with any transactions applied to your card, at our secure Web site on-line.
Q. Are there any limits to how much money I can store on my card?
A. There are no limits to how much money you can keep in your PTCard™ account. However you are limited to how much you can withdraw. These limits are set by each the Bank or ATM you use, not by our bank issuing source. Our bank has guaranteed to set the bank switch (amount) of cash withdrawals to US$60,000 per month, US$5,000 per day, US$720,000 per annum limits for our PTCard™ program.
Q. I purchased one of your other ATM cards last year, but would like to purchase your PTCard™. Is there any deal for me?
A. Yes. Just provide proof of purchase to us including your current ATM card details and we will gladly provide you with a nice discount for the new PTCard™.
Q. Some ATM cards claim they have a certain daily withdrawal limit. However some ATM cards have withdrawal restrictions less than what was promised. With my XXX card I receive less than US$500 per day in spite of a much higher daily withdrawal amount promised. Why?
A. In most cases foreign clearing rules that deal with foreign debit cards can be the culprit. Certain banks outside North America have recently put withdrawal limits on the card withdrawals regardless of what the banking switch is set at. They do this to minimize their risk related to float and foreign exchange. [Note- with our PTCard™ program, the banking switch is set and guaranteed by our issuing bank at US$5,000 per day, US$60,000 per month.]
Enter the PTCard™ program .
PT Shamrock has confirmed with the issuing bank, and the issuing bank has agreed to set the banking switch (amount) for our PTCard™ program to US$5,000 per day, US$60,000 per month cash withdrawals. In fact you can load MORE THAN US$60,000 per month, but just understand you would not be able to withdraw more than US$60,000 per month. The PTCard™ program offers a whopping US$720,000 per annum facility for cash withdrawals.
Q. Okay all sounds good to me. Now how much does the PTCard™ program cost?
